I haven't put it on the birthday cake yet, because the party's not until this coming weekend. So I'm not sure how it taste, But overall it looks good prior to being on a cake. It's written just like I wanted, and the picture looks extremely good.

The sheet looked great but was too thick and dry. I have ordered from you before a round sheet and it was thinner and just sunk into the icing like it was apart of the icing and this half sheet seem to stay separate and didn't blend with the icing. Cut like it was paper.
We placed an order for half sheet cake topper. Later that day, we sent an email request that our order be changed to a quarter sheet cake topper. We didn’t want to be reimbursed for the cost difference, we simply wanted to change our order. We received no response and ordered the smaller item a few days later. According to your website, our second order should’ve arrived in plenty of time for our event. But it’s still not here and the event was yesterday. And we still haven’t received ANY response from our correspondence other than a request for a review of your product.

I’ve ordered other cake toppers from Edible Cake Topper before and appreciate the fast service. I don’t make many cakes and have designed the picture on my computer with PowerPoint to go along with the party theme and just save it as a PNG file to upload to their website. They have picture files and ideas, if needed. I looked at other websites that offer similar products and have returned to Edible because it’s a straightforward process.

I ordered a personalized monster truck topper for a cake for my grandson. It was terrific! The colors were vivid ; the image, clear and detailed. Delivery was prompt, the product was well packaged, and the overall quality better than expected. Using the topper was easy, especially with the easy-to-access online directions. The cake looked super cool, and my grandson loved it! Plus, the topper tasted good.

The print was nice and the color was bold.y topper came in 2 pieces and had a white border around it. There were no instructions in my envelope. I did not know you had to “trim” the white border to make it sit flush. I wasn’t about to use a knife or scissors and potentially ruin it! The topper was for a full sheet and even if I did “trim” it, it was WAY too big for the full sheet cake. it also did not “melt” into the buttercream and as we cut the cake it was still like a separate topping that crinkled when we cut it. I thought it would melt into the cake.
The file was perfect and was able to be printed on the cake no problem. Will be a repeat customer.
