Never received my items

I ordered a banner and an edible cake topper way in advance for my son’s birthday party. Shipping has been horrible and I have yet to receive my items. I don’t think it will even arrive before the party. They provide no refunds if you don’t get your item in time and claim they are not responsible for shipping delays. Unfair to take zero responsibility if item is ordered way in advance and we don’t get it in time. Very disappointed.
