Angry grandma
Poor service!

I’m very upset. When I ordered my poster, it was for my granddaughter’s birthday party as a backdrop. I placed my order on Tuesday, 2/2nd. I paid the 2 day shipping, which was more than the poster itself! Planning on it arriving on Friday, 2/4th. It didn’t arrive till Monday, 2 days after the party, so I couldn’t show it to my granddaughter! When I contacted your company to get a refund of my shipping costs, I was told 2 day shipping is only an approximation! So, I figure I can’t believe your company service at all!
