Great product

I ordered the She-Ra vinyl banner (60"x44") for my daughter's 12th birthday. The banner was great, the only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the communication. My daughter's party was Sunday 11/23 and I received the banner on Monday 11/24, even after paying extra for a 2 day delivery for Friday 11/21. Customer service was very friendly and helpful, just wish they would've been more straightforward about the possibility of not arriving on time, in that case I would have not paid extra for the 2 day delivery. I called the mail carrier and they said that they received the product too late to make it in time for the 2 day delivery and that since it travels by air, they couldn't transport on the weekends. I still would've gone forward with the product, just not the extra fee for the 2 day delivery, which still arrived after her birthday. Great product and customer service, just be clear on when your item will arrive before paying the extra delivery fee.
